June 2013. Just got back from New Bern, NC. Where I was one of 3 judges for VeneerTech's 2013 Craftsman's Challenge. This is an international competition concerning the use of veneer at the highest levels of craftsmanship and creativity. It was a good time hosted by great folks.

January of 2013 I was awarded an Artist Fellowship in Crafts by the Massachusetts Cultural Council for the 2013-2014 Craft grant cycle.
